Vacuum All Floors and Carpets

  • Vacuum sliding door tracks and clean tracks
  • Mop all hard floors.
  • Dust Door Frames
  • Windows Interior (where accessible we will clean the exterior however this is an add on service)

  • Spot Clean Blinds, Cords and Rails (please note not all blinds will be able to be cleaned and may require a professional service)
  • Dust accessible light fixtures (where they can be safely cleaned and accessible to our cleaners)

aDDITIONAL NOTES

Please note all cleaning tasks completed will be done in a professional and safe manner for our Cleaners, any tasks that are categorized as unsafe will be advised to the customer and will need to be done by a specialist in the field of the task at hand i.e. light fixtures, electrical equipment etc.

Please note spot marking is included in our standard clean. It would be described as 5 to 6 small areas that need to be cleaned and takes no more than 10 minutes to clean. If you require more than that please contact us for a quote on a full wall wash (additional charges will apply).

Blinds, please note this is a spot clean and they are classified under spot clean if they are blinds which are washable and without requiring a specialist. Curtains, Material Blinds would require a specialist.

aDDITIONAL SERVICES

Please note all additional services such as carpet cleaning or anything required other than the standard bond clean will need to be quoted separately and advised prior to clean taking place.
